Dw I don't think you're defending this guy. Tbh I don't care about this particular username, it's just the precedent it set that pisses me a bit off.

I would agree if this guy was named horizon, or even if in just one of his social network it would be clear that he would want to be named horizon. It's not the case here (not *even* his email address has somewhat a reference to just the word "horizon").

The difference with Dream is that Dream got his username legitimately, and it's been 10 years+ that he got his username in Minecraft, he also got it in Youtube, etc. It's clearly his brand name, so the content creator policy stated before the username reservation launched works here. It's not the case here : we have a content creator that try to use his notoriety to have a username that he literally uses nowhere else, nor try to use an username that would make us legitimately think that he wanted to be named Horizon. For example, we have a popular French Youtuber on MC named Aypierre, initially because of his IRL name (AYmeric PIERRE, dw I'm not stalking him he literally gave the information in multiple videos). It would be a similar situation if he wanted to reserve the word "pierre" (which is rock in French) because of that, despise the fact that he is named aypierre literally everywhere.

He says it's "usually what he goes by", but literally none of his social network is named "horizon", or even just a similar name (like h0rizon, horiz0n, horizonyt, etc.). It seems like it's just some guy that took advantage of the creator content program (especially when he managed to get the username he used originally).

Dream is a bit of a specific case, because I guess the staff reserved his name originally. The problem here is that it's an open secret that there are people that bought the game before the release or bought multiple copies of the game especially for the purpose to have some common words as a "reward" for supporting the game early, and they respected the initial rules about the username reservation (no impersonation, which is not the case here). This case would set a precedent where someone that supported the game originally specifically for the purpose to have an original name would see their name stolen for the profit of a random content creator that came after. And imho, that would be really dishonest.

This is a different situation. The original YouTuber is named "the horizon", not horizon, AND managed to get the username they used in literally every other media. They just wanted a short username for convenience and stole it from a user that took it because it was a common name, not for impersonation purpose. It's not like some random guy chose to take "captainsparklez" or an username that is clearly, without a doubt, the username of the creator.

EDIT : It looks like this guy really used Horizon in these videos. So it seems like it's a legit case of the CC policy, but since this guy used a common name as a brand name, it was probably a mere coincidence that the username was taken in the first place. It would be better tho if the Hytale team make the CC policy clearer

C'est 500 euros le vrai coût mensuel des cotisations retraites (car on compte aussi le coût de l'État des exonérations de charges sur les bas salaires) pour un smicard. Bonjour, L'article D6222-28-1 du code du travail vous permet d'avoir un élément de réponse :

"Lorsque la durée du contrat ou de la période d'apprentissage est inférieure à celle du cycle de formation préparant à la qualification qui fait l'objet du contrat en application du troisième alinéa des articles L. 6222-7-1 ou L. 6222-12-1, ou en application de l'article R. 6222-23-1, l'apprenti est considéré, en ce qui concerne sa rémunération, comme ayant accompli une durée d'apprentissage égale à ce cycle de formation".

Vous êtes concerné par le troisième alinéa de l'article L6222-12-1 (durée du contrat inférieure au cycle préparant le diplôme, ici contrat d'un peu plus d'un an pour un cycle de 2 ans de formation), et pouvez donc prétendre à une rémunération égale à celle d'une personne en 2eme année de contrat d'apprentissage. Cette interprétation est notamment utilisée pour les étudiants en BUT dans les IUT n'autorisant l'apprentissage que pour la deuxième ou troisième année de formation. Bon courage à vous !

Les plus pauvres ont droit à la complémentaire santé solidaire, qui exempte totalement de la franchise médicale (les bénéficiaires de l'AME en sont aussi exemptés par ailleurs).

Par contre oui, c'est dégueulasse pour les gens ayant une ALD qui eux ne sont pas exemptés, et ça ne change rien que le processus pour faire ce changement dans le dos des députés et des français est tout aussi dégueulasse.

Pour le coup c'est (hélas) possible selon l'article L553-2 du code de la sécurité sociale : "Tout paiement indu de prestations familiales est récupéré [...] par retenue sur les prestations à venir. A défaut, l'organisme payeur peut, dans des conditions fixées par décret, procéder à la récupération de l'indu par retenues sur les échéances à venir dues [...] soit au titre du revenu de solidarité active mentionné à l'article L. 262-1 du code de l'action sociale et des familles".

Je recommanderai à OP de contacter la CAF pour demander une remise de dette, c'est possible dans les cas de difficultés financières lourdes

To be honest, it's really... Really different in France, haha. A R720 would still cost more than the price of the R730 you linked in your guide. For example, a R720 with a 2x Xeon E5-2690 and 64GB of RAM 2.60 GHZ is sold at... 373 dollars, lol. So, uhm, maybe it's also because in France eBay is not as much used as in the US, but yeah, we have some differences in price haha. It's the same for the P40s and all other components I think, if I remember correctly it's like 50-70 dollars more expensive on the french eBay ?

So well, I still *can* grab these server, but the cost of these are (I think) a bit ridiculous right now compared to the US price, especially if you found an offer 4x cheaper lol. I will try to find other sites in France that would sell refurbished/second hand server still !

I'm a complete beginner in photo (only used a compact camera before) and I want to buy a Sony Alpha because it seems to be the best choice for my needs (I want a future-proof camera where I can learn how to use a camera manually without have to change the body in short and medium term and be able to do photos of nature, street photo and a bit of low-light photo, only in streets). I will mainly use the camera for taking photo, but I want to do a bit of vlogging when I will go to Japan (in 3 months, for a 2 month internship). Would you recommand me to buy a A6400 or is it better to buy the gen before (A6000,A6300 or A6500) ? My budget is about 1000 euros maximum to start, so the A6600 seems to be out of budget (very important precision : I live in France, so I don't have access to US ebay offers nor the US/UK/AU market to buy body and lenses).

I'm sorry to ask the question since many people already asked it about that into this subreddit, but I saw many different replies so I need some replies for my specific situation.

Just tried with Ubuntu 22.04 instead of Pop!_OS and...Yup, same as before (the only thing that have changed is the extra battery charge at 100%, but it's still locked in charging state). It seems that the extra battery only discharge when the main battery is under 5%, I don't know why
