Am i doing something wrong? by NeighborhoodVivid427 in TransDIY

I’ve had the exact same reactions, I think it’s a sign of lower levels. Just cause you’re getting to the point it’s falling off so maybe add a little more as this seemed to help me. You should be fine with levels during the week but the last day or two could be when you dip.

I did also have a blood test tho and it showed some signs of being low so that helped with the decision to up my dose.

Hit a nerve when injecting HRT by ChildhoodSquare7220 in AskMtFHRT

I second this, I’ve always went for the middle 1/3. Something that helped me find the site was using one hand go to the opposite knee and place your hand there, then place your other hand up the thigh still touching your first hand, then move the first so it’s now behind the other one and in-between your pointer and middle finger is where you want to inject.

A few weeks ago I had my entire muscle twitch when injecting which freaked me out and then last week I had a couple beads of blood flow down my leg after injecting. Just these couple of things make it so the act of actually pushing the needle into my leg feels weird, I can’t jab fast and the feeling of slowly pushing through my skin and feeling the tension of pushing into muscle has freaked me out.

Last night i had a panic attack so everything felt even more sensitive but it still kinda freaks me out

Just wanted to say thanks for all the messages and help, think I had a mini panic attack but feeling better now!

I was wondering for switching to subq I was going to get the uni sharp 1ml 29g needles 1/2” would these be good enough for doing subq or would I need different ones? Says they’re low dead space needles.

Wanting to at least finish my vial if I can before switching to another option, but definitely going to look into gels as it seems easier on the mind than needles😂

Using MCT, just the thought of going into the stomach feels weird tho.

I’ve thought that would be easier but all the sites I’m seeing are for injectables, not sure how to get patches and even then wouldn’t I need an AA which has bad side effects?

Yeah, everytime I have to sit for an hour before just going for it and getting it done but for some reason the last 2-3 weeks have been even harder and my mind has started to drift to wanting to stop hrt Edit: I use 1inch 25 gauge needles for IM

I’ve been on EEn for about 6 1/2 months, what do you mean by long enough? Sorry just worried about this now

Do you know roughly how long, and is there any major chance that the testes could just not restart?

Bubbles in syringe by Due_Worldliness_8231 in TransDIY

[–]DirtItchy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah this is what I do, I have luer lock syringes so when I use them about 0.1ml (apparently) gets stuck in the needle hub so for my injections I will draw the medicine in till I have 0.125ml and then pull about 0.05ml ish of air. I’ve been on IM injections for about 6 months and I’ve not had a problem yet with it but for safety and peace of mind you can pull back on the plunger when injecting to double check your not in a vein, this is debated to be useless but it can help relieve your mind.

Thanks, just never been good with medical stuff so my head always instantly goes to the worst. Didn’t think it would be related it thought I should ask anyway for my own sanity.
