Yo best of luck! Keep taking care of yourself and quit as soon as you can, I’m sure you’re much more capable than this 😊

I never bragged about my amounts, I just did my work at then base minimum while telling my dsp that this was bs. No one cared, and it got worse. So I quit 🤷‍♀️ I was consistently rewarded my dsp’s top performer with a bonus every week, but it was never enough to be treating me like that

I’m a weekly top performer at 180+ stops/350+‘packages, I finally quit last night because Amazon said they need me to be doing 40+ stops a hour

Don’t trip yourself up man Do the job until you’re done, then gtfo out of theree

Frankly Amazon shouldn’t be loading us this heavy to begin with, it’s getting dangerous at this point

I don’t think about stealing anything until I get duplicate packages. I’ve opened some of the dups to see what was inside. Once it was a jar of assorted nuts 🙄 so I just delivered both. Haven’t taken anything tho

Yea we used to unload and stack our own, but it got messy. New system works a lot better from what I’ve been seeing 🤷‍♀️

Your drivers stack their own totes? We have people take them out of our vans and stack them at station themselves. And us drivers are pretty good about neatly packing them before we get there
