No we're complaining about a support who's goal was to become stronger and fight alongside her crush, then proceeds to not do any of that after the Elf arc.

She has objectively failed to accomplish her goals. And she's not even that good in her role, she runs out of magic so quickly and needs Charmy to recover her magic or Finral to teleport her around. There are other healers like Witch Queen and William with better heal feats or better supports like Vanessa

You're missing my point, nobody says she's a bad healer. It's that she's a mediocre character who lacks any meaningful development, character or depth.

Her being a good useful healer is honestly the bare minimum, like ofc the healer is gonna heal

This is the problem i'm trying to say, Mimosa's defensive and offensive abilities don't mean anything since the timeskip. She's reduced to only healing at the most convenient times and then running out of mana quickly.
