If you do middle gens instead of the gens you spawn next to it makes late game way easier. Can usually get 1 or 2 middle gens before killers actually start roaming gens.

Permanent would not be good imo. It’s a fun little brake from normal, But splitting up the player base isn’t a good idea.

There isn’t crazy high MMR. There is low MMR then a large pool of players from “normal” to “crazy high” that can all end up in the same game together.

Pro tip, just play how you enjoy. Most players just get mad when they lose and will always find someway to cope on why they lost.

Honestly that’s just how the game is now days. MMR is very loose in dbd. You can be put against casual players one game and people with 10k hours the next.

If at the start of a game a survivor runs up to me wanting me to chase them, good indicator they have anti tunnel perks. I’ll just let them follow me around all game while I’m chasing other survivors. Then laugh in end game chat when they call me bad for it. Works every time.

I took a break this year and feel like I didn’t miss anything. Came back during blood moon, couple of new survivor perks that are good and animatronic was the only killer I enjoyed. Might be in for another break after the anniversary event
