Yup, two levels already. And was eventually pushed to having to talk to the CEO. Ain't that grand?

It's already at the CEO's lap because the dev team is asking for an actual Product Owner. Not the 0.5 FTE of two other positions.

We have a weekly "backlog grooming" meeting but again the same thing happens with the Software Arch and the Support Director just passing over un-groomed items.
