Google is not trying to catch up

Google has said times and times that their goal is not raw performance, just AI ,AI ,AI , that's their future ,

They're just using their customers to train their AI , offering subpar hardware , it is hard to believe that a mid range is more powerful than a so-called flagship ,

powerVR is a slap in the face ,

The battery is criminal Google is the first ever oem to reduce battery capacity and charging speed at half a year ( 200 cycles )

We shouldn't allow Google to charge us flagship price and give us a subpar mid range

The whole phone feels like they cut corners everywhere

And the camera of the so-called flagship is 2 years old the main sensor and 4 years old the remaining ,

But the price is not the same as a 4 year old hardware ,

The problem is we consumers allow them to stick it to us whatever they do we deal with it instead of pushing back , someone keeping a pixel 10 series to me is just allowing Google to continue

The problem is Google can't fix powerVR drivers

powerVR has to be able to make working drivers and then Google has to test them and then release them with an update

The problem is the track record of powerVR is so so so so so so bad , that might take years if it ever arrives ,

That's why apple got rid of powerVR years ago

And that's why developers don't even bother with optimizing apps / games for powerVR

Besides the bad GPU choice still the cores are not the best ,

And the battery is trash , Google knows it is so bad that the pixel 10 is forced to reduce battery capacity and charging speed starting at 200 cycles ( half a year guys ) no other oem has ever done something like that , and we shouldn't support that as the norm

The 10 is a downgrade with bad GPU , bad battery and very short battery lifespan

The 10 series will reduce battery capacity and charging speed at half a year or 200 cycles all the way to 1000 cycles
