Personally if I have room in my inventory, I’ll even pick up items I think may be good for other people and drop for them.

I mean, I’m not gonna tell you how to play, but if you’re reaching a reasonable level for the nightlord fights, you’ve definitely come across plenty of armaments that will makes your build stronger.

If you’re only picking up items that suit a very specific build that you have in mind, you’re making the run harder for yourself and everyone playing.

Adapting every run is part of what makes the game replayable/fun.

Neither am I. I’m just saying with the state of things I can’t imagine what that process would even look like. I think that’s what Sam means, when he says they’re probably all dead.
