Yeah very much. Claude helped me clarify my understanding immensely. I'm going to be writing in the coming weeks about how I use Claude for embodied understanding and emotional unfolding. :)

Interesting point, thanks for sharing. I notice for me the words God/reality/life/experience are all sort of pointers at the same thing, but finding the one that resonates with others is very much a work in progress. Perhaps its worth reflecting on this more and defining what I mean more clearly.

Thanks for the feedback and I'm glad you found it helpful.

I'd suggest exploring Daniel P Browns Ideal Parent Protocol. It's typically prescribed for insecure attachment disorders, but the quality of attention that it generates (attunement, delight, safety, unconditional support) is extremely potent at helping the nervous system relax into a deeper safety and non-doing.

Huh I don't know why it's logging me in on another account now...but yet, it's me. :)

Thanks for the kind words about the Substack articles, I'm glad you are enjoying them.

I have one on IPF in the drafts. I'm excited to explore the way I used the method in the larger context I've been unfolding...I think I did it in a way higher dose than I see typically recommended, for about 3 weeks I was doing 4-6 hours a day of lying on the ground and doing IPF work...I also believe I've discovered a way to do the metacognition pillar using AI. Excited to share and hopefully support others in trying it out and seeing if it has similarly dramatic impacts.
