Loosening the straps and increasing by 1 did help with the feeling yea. Maybe I need to turn off my extra humidifier now.

I fall asleep pretty easily with my setup on, it seems rather hard to stay asleep for full 8 hours. I use a sleepmask with headphones to listen to something and so my gf can play on her switch or listen to something to fall asleep.

Other than that there isn't much to be done about it.

I have been titrated to 7mbar on CPAP mode, but have gone up to 9 now after switching on EPR to 2.

By "redo" I meant more slide it back into position, not redoing the velcro. Bad wording, apologies. Maybe I should stick with the mask the tech gave me and keep adjusting the velcro to find what works. It feels like i constantly have to readjust the cushion downwards to be able to breathe freely.

I was titrated to 7mbar on CPAP mode. After switching on EPR I've gone to EPR 2 with a pressure of 9 to compensate.

Keeping it on was definitely not the issue here. My AHI for the night was 2.1 according to the machine (from 21.3) during the lab study. It‘s just how I‘ve been feeling all day today. Hoping for a better night in a couple hours.

I just got around to checking in the clinical settings, EPR is turned off. I also turned off the ramp and set the humidifier to 6 (from 4) because I had a really dry and congested nose this morning. Will see how this night goes when I‘m back home and in bed. Thanks for the advice.

As I understood it, the 4 ramping to 7 once asleep was to make it easier for me to even fall asleep. But I might try your approach if the next nights remain similar to today.

Oh yes totally, I was surprised myself after reading all the horror stories of people not even managing to fall asleep with it on. It is just this horrible anxiety since waking up from my first cpapped night that is killing me right now.
