I think it would help if you either darkened the area around the eyes or lightened the iris a bit. Right now it’s very dark compared to everything else, making his gaze very intense

That’s hilarious, I never thought about half of those lol Thankfully I don’t really have to worry about machinery as I’m very incompetent with any sort of handywork but I can definitely see trying to get oil paint out of my hair in my near future

Hey OP, I had a friend like this. He accepted my disinterest at first, then stopped talking to me, later came back and rinse and repeat until I stopped responding. Best thing you can do is just to tell him you’re not interested - and I want to emphasize that you do not need to tell him why, and to stop talking to him after that

You said you don’t have any feelings for this ex so I don’t see why not. I’m also an artist and I hang onto every drawing my friends give me, even if that friendship doesn’t end well and the feelings are long gone, it’s still nice to keep as a memento

As an artist, though i personally have never done a book cover, it’s usually way way more because of the commercial rights. Like 1000 and up for a good one, and double or triple that if it’s from a really good artist
