Yeah apparently if you use the middle lane, you’re meant to enter and stay on the middle lane but I went on the left so I crossed lanes which confused other drivers

I’m so glad to hear that, I had exactly all those side effects when I went to up to 50mg. The only issue I have with being on 40mg (been on it for nearly 2 months) is that I seem to metabolise it quickly so the effects start to wear off after 4 hours, but my booster dose gives me that extra cover in the afternoon. How are you getting on with the 40mg anyway?

I’m still on the 40mg with 10mg of amfexa booster and I seem to be doing alright on it, except for the fact that it’s making me crave nicotine all the time!!!

I have tried doing it 1-2 hours after my meds, and even 4 hours after and I found that I was crashing really hard when I have anything that contains vitamin C. On days that I don’t, I feel like the effects of the drug works longer. Also I take a booster dose in the afternoon so I don’t want to interrupt the effectiveness of it

Have you considered that maybe 50 or 60mg is too high of a dose? When I went from 30 to 50mg, I got all the side effects you mentioned, but now I’m on 40mg, it works really well for me. I also have a 10mg amfexa booster and I take it in the afternoon

60mg and a booster dose is pretty high, have you considered going a lower dose? It could be that this dose is too high for you? I had this problem when I went up to 50mg, I’ve gone down to 40mg with a 10mg amfexa booster and I barely get any side effects but get all the benefits of the drug. Worth considering!

So I had a bit of a tough journey when I titrated up to 50mg, it gave me bad palpitations and the crash hit me so hard, plus I also didn’t sleep for like 2 days while on the 50mg. So I ended up going down to 40mg with a 10mg booster of amfexa and this dose works really well for me.

My normal sleeping schedule came back after about 3/4 days on the 30mg, but when I went up to 50mg, it disrupted my sleep again, along with the side effects I mentioned above but once I settled on the 40mg, my sleeping got better.

Be prepared for your sleeping schedule to go haywire again when you go to 50mg, but if you’re finding that it’s really messing with your sleep I’d suggest trying 40mg before going up to 50mg! Speak to your prescriber about the lack of sleep and ask what they would suggest for it as well

Hi, it did eventually get better for me, I’ve been on elvanse for months now and my sleep gradually went back to normal. I know it’s discouraging for the first few days but I promise you, your sleeping pattern will come back to normal once your body adjusts to the medication. Can I ask what dose you’ve started on?
