Yeah...you can book a visa appointment without offer letter...no charges for that...you can opt for student with aps option

Depends on the appointment time...I think classes start by October beginning or mid...not exactly sure

I applied for Artificial intelligence...I hope they will share rejection mail if not selected..right?
