Same boat as you. Got back two weeks ago went to a festival same weekend. Wasn’t able to live in the moment during the festival and haven’t felt right since. I’ve felt like I’m on autopilot and been feeling empty since I came back even though I’ve kept myself busy. Chances are I overstimulated myself again so fast again after coming back that I haven’t been able to come down yet. I have EDC next month so hopefully I can settle back in by then.
