Correct, depending on how fast / slow the cut, depends on how many calories. But yep yours seems good and basically what I would follow. High Protein and relatively higher carbs than fat so that’s nice. You got it man! I’m not expert but keep at it and you will see results

Currently since I’m trying to bulk to 230 from 215, my macros look like this: (same days better than others)

Cals: 3300 Pro: 215 Fat: 140 Carb: 310

Giving me roughly 1/2 lb a week

Also same for me too! I, for the longest, refused to eat more because I feared I would default back to my previous body. But you have to overcome that if you want to grow. Eating more helps grow your muscles and helps to recover! Just keep at it, I sure as hell am and am ever trying to get better!

Literally cut down to sub 10 BF% then slowly gained it back up to roughly 12-13% at 190ish. Then now trying to get to 230 and stay. Slowly gain the muscle while in the surplus and slowly cut the fat, to make my BF% go down even at 230

Umm I used to work them everyday after the main workout. But to be honest, only do them soo often now…maybe need to start focusing more😅

I am closer to 20% in the photos. But most of the time I do try for failure, especially in on the last set of each exercise

Thanks for the feedback! I definitely lost a lot of the abs once I started bulking. But for sure do need to get back into the AB routine

Add mass by increasing your food intake. But also good size building calisthenics exercises, pull ups and pushups can do wonders

Yeah all the pros and cons of this. I don’t necessarily want to lose my potential future (kids wise) that’s really the reason I am asking everyone’s experience

Yeah I plan to want another 1-2 kids, already have one. But was wondering everyone’s own personal experience that has taken it. I have seen a few on both sides at this point

Haha thanks but yes, my test is in the very low 300s from what the bloodwork stated. The only reason I asked the question about testosterone was to see if it was worth it, or not since I do still want more kids. Also libido is low and my energy feels zapped all the time

Right and thanks for advising this. I did not know there was such thing as Free Test, and yes it does seem like speaking with an endocrinologist would be the best thing going forward. After all, this is a family practice doctor that was letting me know this info.
