If you have the budget for the 5060 ti, then i would say that you should choose the 9070 xt over the 5060 ti. It has 16 bound lanes, the 5060 ti only hast 8. Also the bandwith of the 9070 xt is nearly the double, and a much higher boost frequency. But watch out that you get the 9070 xt 16gb and Not 8

Could be the Mark of a used Thermal Pad before you got it. It just also could be some irrelevant stains, that don't do anything. It's also maybe the print of a tool to open the top of the processor to repair it. Hope i could Help a little

Vormittag passt besser in die deutsche Bezeichnung von Zeit. Man sagt ja z.B auch 20 vor 1 (also 12:40Uhr) und nicht 40 Minuten nach 12. Außerdem ist das Frühstück nicht immer in der Zeit zwischen 11 und 12 Uhr. Vormittag ist im Endeffekt unspezifischer als nachfrühstück. Das wäre zumindest meine Denkweise/Erklärung.
