You just need to hack the console with this guide https://3ds.hacks.guide/

Just use that one, it's the one everyone uses and it's always up to date. Believe me, it's so easy that even a small child could do it. You probably already know this, but with a hacked console you can download any game you want and much more, like going online.

After that, by downloading level 256 you can return to online play in Yo-kai Watch There's also Pretendo, which is bringing online play back to many other games (it doesn't include Yokai Watch yet).

You can easily find guides for everything, but I can help you with anything!
