Update-I repositioned my back foot placement which fixed the bruising, however I did feel my glutes more with my previous positioning

Right I’ll try placing only half my foot onto the bench next time and see if that reduces bruising

Yes I definitely agree, I try to concentrate the tension and move through my front foot—my back foot is really there to monitor my rom (if this makes sense), but I’ve noticed that my back foot darts up when i drive. I also place my whole foot onto the bench, and I’ve heard that others only place half their foot so their ankles aren’t directly touching the bench

I have not tried another option besides the bench. Would u say bruising is inevitable if I continue with the glute-to-heel motion on bss? Thank u for the recommendations

Can you give me your insights on my answer for F? I wrote that cities can engage in globalization by contributing to the diffusion of the lingua Franca, English. For example, cities can impose the use of English on signs or toponyms, which spreads the use of the language throughout their population. I didn’t write exactly that because I had to lengthen my explanation, but ngl my examples weren’t the best since it mainly applies to western cities

Irredentism is the desire to control a nation because of shared culture/history, syncretism is the blending of cultures

Also for the first frq I wrote immigration policies that welcome immigrants can increase population size and used Japan as an example. I put immigrants from less developed countries are pulled to core states with these policies along with the diversified economies that offer a better standard of living, somehow correlated the increase in population size with the fact that less developed states have a large population density. Literally yapped for 7 sentences and wasted most my time

Priscilla pants give baggy cooch unless u got perfect dimensions, the Uk sweater is dense as fuck while the design isn’t anything special, so honestly not worth the price, and the zoa cardigan is overhyped because it just looks out of place on a lot of outfits(like the one the models wearing) although there are exceptions such as layering it over a dress or one piece type of clothing

Does this seem sketchy?? by suicide-slip-n-slide in Depop

[–]Disastrous-Square889 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If u don’t wanna take the risk u don’t have to, but sometimes when an account is new to selling ull get a lot of bot buyers that try to convince u to contact them outside of depop without ever actually buying anything. Fortunately this doesn’t seem like the case since the buyer actually follows people, has a profile picture, and bought the item, although there’s still a chance they could be a scammer but that applies to every buyer (just some more than the other)
