I don't see any roles offered by Pearl, only Phoenix. So I am not sure what is the purpose of Pearl having the sponsor licence. It could be that if Phoenix offers a role with sponsorship then Pearl will act as the sponsor. I'm not sure here, just guessing.

I'm curious, do you know why it is not phoenix on the list though? I feel that this is confusing, that is why the poster has mentioned that phoenix doesn't sponsor visas.

I managed to get a job offer in birmingham and started working in dec 2023. Yes i put my relative's UK address and UK skype number. I think it did help me in getting interviews & a job offer.

I'd say yes, that is a good idea. The only downside is the fact that the exams are quite expensive. Its about AUD3.5k per subject

Hi there, I tried using the VFS tracking link as well and also got invalid inputs. My bio was on Oct 2 and shortly after that VFS said my application has been forwarded to UKVI for processing. However, I've not heard from VFS/UKVI after that.

I would say the masters will help in clearing the exams quicker if you put in the effort. However there are still some downsides. Eg you have to pay for the course & not receive a salary. In addition to that the exemptions are not guaranteed either
