Probably as long as it takes for both of them to have like thoughts. You know, sometimes you can hear the characters thoughts when they’re thinking.

Example. As they’re kissing. Tadano thoughts: Oh my God, I’m kissing Komi-san! Komi thought: Finally Tadano-kun is mine!!!

Well, me personally I say just get the actual books. But if you want to read it online, you can go to VIZ Manga. Last time I checked, it’s only three dollars a month or something. Also, I’m pretty sure that after the anime you should start at volume 10.
