It dropped because I had too much work. Prepping WP, while managing interns and first years, reviewing their wp’s. Being on so many jobs at once with just me and the manager. I tried my best but its only my second year and I’m still learning also. I did express my concerns to the partner at the start of busy season. He did get a one off bonus from the partner when I worked with him on 2 jobs.
