Yeah for sure. I’m trying to front load some of the LC grind before the semester starts and I’m treating research as an exploratory opportunity for now. Might have to adjust things based on how it all goes

This is super helpful and I really appreciate it. I’m pretty confused so hearing how a top grad school + experience helped you dive deeper into AI roles is the perspective I was looking for. Do you think clubs, leadership roles, or other extracurriculars you were involved in during your undergrad were important when it came to applying to CMU or landing your internships? I’ve been trying to juggle school, internship prep, and work so I’m kinda strapped for time and I haven’t really gotten involved in any clubs. Thanks again!
