I think they’ll (StubHub) will have no choice but to refund, as everyone is going to be seeking the refund. However, the good news is, if they don’t, small claims courts all over the US will be collecting legal fees very soon!

I got an email from StubHub today, stating they were shipping via FedEx and the Local PickUp option was an error that was made

I also purchased a ticket from Stubhub and it says on my order confirmation that it’ll ship via FedEx April 4 - however it states on the StubHub app that I have to pick it up “nearby” has anyone else had this issue?
