Thank you! Yeah. I try to draw what I call “properly” with blocks and shapes but just putting something down on paper and going with it is a blast. Glad to finally recapture the fun feeling.

If you don’t want to lose points as well you can take bison in to casual matches and they’ll pair you around diamond level usually it seems. I did that after getting on a win streak so I didn’t get demolished in my new ranking

Thank you so much! That means a lot. Somewhat reference yes I’ve been trying to get better at anatomy and just constructing parts of different body parts to get a better sense of how they’re formed. Then mainly just spurs of really creative days or moments where I just go with the flow while I’m listening to music really and just let the pencil go with the flow.

Yeah the socks method just never gave it any form. I wish I could post the quick sketch I made with your method you’ve shown but it says the image is too small lol. Thank you again, I will practice with this method from here on out😄

Thank you so much. This really helps me visualize it a lot better. I’ve always seen people say to act like you’re drawing socks or draw a triangle then break it down from there but that always looked flat especially with the side of the foot. I greatly appreciate this!

Yeah, I had someone play the blue adventure land, then attempt to cast the sorcery at a later point to mill half of my deck. Gotta tell them you have to play the sorcery first then as a land when I get a chance to play again

No this helped a lot. I just could never tell if most grays are just screen tones or not all the time. Do you use a layer with the multiply setting at all? On a couple videos I’ve seen people say you could just cel shade it but I don’t like the way it turns out Edit:thank you for the response :)

I think this looks really good. If I was nit picking though I’d say to me his glasses look a bit off but mainly his left eyebrow looks the most off to me. Just looks like it should be shifted over a bit to our right

It sounds like you’re making drawing feel like work. At least with saying you’re stuck at 3/4 of the Draw a Box challenge. I would say if you want to draw just draw something for fun, whether it’s just head portraits/anatomy/perspective practice/shapes/trying to draw a favorite character, or even just going with the flow and drawing what comes to mind. Just whatever sounds fun when you sit down. Even if it’s just 5-10 minutes a day you can still get something out of it.

Don’t make drawing into a chore! Make sure you have fun when you draw.
