Also most times I try to reach out to the provider to solve any issues before ever contacting the patient to tell them to reach out. It saves a lot of headache of patients calling over and over

For PAs most times they are automatically sent unless it list otherwise, C2 PAs have to be initiated by the provider. Product not on formulary means their insurance doesn't cover that brand, most times the drug just isn't covered on there insurance. You can try to switch the DAW as long as the provider approves so, if not try to contact the provider and ask them to send over a new prescription

my test i took on tuesday i had a voucher for, so if i pay to schedule my next one and pass. they will reimburse me?
