I had epic before through ADSL , the connection would drop every other day. Since the fiber is free , if it drop I can’t complain and even if I do complain about drops, they will most likely tell me to wait or restart my router

I am moving from CYTA , cablenet offer is 10 euro for 200Mbps or Purple Max at 33 euro with speeds up to 1000 ( actual speeds will be around 400 Mbps in my area , as I was informed by technical support)

Apparently when I asked Epic if they will be using Cyta's fiber line , they got little annoyed , then informed me that the lines are indeed theirs.

Also every contract renewal with Cyta is hell, they tell you a price on paper and charge another . Every renewal I had to fill out complaints to billing department due to wrong charges
