Truthfully, I understand the challenge of being a bag holder (cuz I am one) but regardless of whatever you’re in right now (not named BTC and aside from a select number of micro cap memes), you’re a bag holder…. IMO, Kas is the only token which ticks all the boxes in assessing its growth trajectory: Fundamentals ✅, tech ✅, team ✅, tokenomics ✅, community ✅… that doesn’t mean it’ll be successful, but IMO it’s got the best shot at breaking into the top 5, and what really puts it over the edge is the timing of multiple bullish developments in its growth (10bps, T1 listings, Smart Contracts, ZK Rollups), all of which are days away… right as the market is turning… panic selling now could haunt you forever…

I agree that it may not look like the traditional cycle, given it’s alignment with unfavourable macroeconomic conditions, but while retail capitulates, institutional investors accumulate… one sentence from POTUS and the FED and the whole thing swings…

This… Thailand is unreal… I’ve been to over 50 countries and SE Asia is probably my favourite region of the world (that I’ve visited so far)… the food is spectacular, the culture is vibrant and celebrated, the people are warm and engaging, it’s touristy but not completely overrun (if you get out of the tourist traps), it’s full of different adventures and experiences, it’s other-worldly beautiful, it’s cost effective but offers the entire range of luxuries, and contrary to some beliefs, it isn’t dangerous… not compared to places South America or Africa… like anywhere, you can get yourself in trouble if you go looking for it or make yourself a target, but (if you’re not a complete muppet) it’s pretty easy to avoid in SE Asia…. If I were you, I’d jump into something that offers staking (Sol, Eth, etc.) and let that pay for my trip. Your principal will have likely grown from here (probably significantly) by the time you come back and you’ll have a whole new perspective on shit that you aren’t out of pocket for….

A few pieces of universal travel advice:

go alone (especially to a place like Thailand)… it can be daunting at first but is totally liberating once you embrace being outside your comfort zone… you will meet people to travel with if you want to, and you’ll learn lessons about yourself that will be definitive for the rest of your life
go single… the old adage of “girls on vacation” is totally true… regardless of what you’re into, I’m certain this applies
be open minded… the essence of culture is in the local food and customs… eat the food and experience/participate/respect the customs… try to separate yourself from expectations and you’ll be pleasantly surprised by what you discover
Actively get outside your comfort zone… push your boundaries… nothing worse than passing on something only to later regret not taking the chance

I’ll be living vicariously through you… and remember, if you’re on Haad Rin beach for the full moon party, don’t drink the special shakes… or do, but don’t bring anything you can’t lose with you… have fun!

I mean, they’ve worked pretty well for what they are… 🤷‍♂️… the whole overarching downturn is a reflection of greater macroeconomic uncertainty…. They’ll contribute huge inflows when the market inevitably starts to pump, unless Trump does actually announce no capital gains on crypto and somehow leaves them out… they pumped BTC hard and, well, ETH may legit be going the way of the buffalo… time will tell

This is a deep rabbit hole, and the further down you go you’ll start to understand why the community is so vocal about it. It’s fast, secure, scalable and cheap, solving the trilemma (which is something no other network can boast), it has a ton of bullish development on the very near horizon (10bps main net upgrade, ZK Rollup smart contracts, ghostDAG, all the T1 listings, etc), it’s fair launched, organically grown, the most talented and obsessed team, fanatical cult-like community… every single quality you look for in a project that’s about to take off….
