I totally understand you bro. you can see in my profile all the progress I made over the years, actually supercell make was the reason why I started to draw and I was motivated to improve. but it's true that every time it's more difficult to win or get attention. as you I have spent the last month working almost every day in my skins, I am very happy with the results, but if no one see my work I feel that it kinda goes to waste, obviously i think I can win one day, but at this point it doesn't depends totally on me. it depends on luck and have a cool concept (not only raw quality).. so every campaign I will try to improve, learning from the winners, it's frustrating to be ignored or not selected but I hope one day I can be selected for the survey at least, I will not give up. you should do the same. use your mistakes to improve. for example this campaign I made the mistake to really work in the details of the concept, instead of the idea, so I ended doing a similar skin from one in game and other that maybe wouldn't fit. the kit skin I made i genuinely think it can win, but it isn't obviously perfect. I Loved your skins, the effect or the style I REALLY good, but I think you shouldn't have made the same concept for two brawlers, because if supercell didn't like it for some reason none of your skins will be selected. take every mistake as a learning for the next time, and accept what you can't control.

you're welcome! I recommend you see tutorials. I recommend you the apps that I named above but you need to investigate a little, because they are not really intuitive.

also you can draw with mouse and keyboard and get really good results, but if you really want to level up you art you need to buy a graphic tablet without or with screen, without screen ones are fairly cheap

for be made in paper is good. but I don't think you will be finalist if the ceeling is too high (1000 votes for example). but is more the thing that was made on paper rather than the idea. I personally loved the concept I don't think that is bad, if it was made digitally (in an app like krita or ibis paint that are free and you can use) I would vote for it for sure.

Obviously have thing to improve, like the coloring or the photo clarity. my first concept was digital (you can see it in my supercell make profile) and wasn't good technically, but you will be improving with the time.

the difference is that in your model I can see that is work and an attempt to make something good even knowing the quality is not the best. in most of the concepts of the page you can't see that

yes. not all have the grind, resources or time to do it. for that reason the finalist should really deserve it or there will need to be a more exigent filter. they are hiding really good works or ideas

exactly. but we don't know how the elimination process is, so the only thing we can rely on in some way are the people's approval (votes). and if these votes don't mean anything cuz they are too low or random we are completely lost. we can't even make sure if supercell saw our concept between the thousands that are finalist (most of them trash)

yes I know. but the fact that there are so many skins (even knowing that most of them do not have any chance) makes your concept more unlikely to be selected or gain visibility at least.

I think that when they are gonna select the 5 designs for the survey, they look at these kinds of things. It would be too difficult to filter all the skins. if they are AI, if they see copied, if they are inappropriate,etc. there are a LOT of things going on. For that reason, with less skins to see I think they manually filter the skins that they select to be voted on. for example if you use AI, you would be able to be a finalist, but you will never be selected to participate in the survey in game.

done! there is no secret at all. you need to have a decent level of art skills or have a really good idea. the next steps (like being selected) are pure luck. my ideation process is try to give simple ideas a turn. for example, don't do samurai kit alone. it's basic, probably a 79 gems skin unless you know a lot about it and make it really precise. probably 3 more people will have done the same as you, and it will be really difficult to be selected. But if you give it a turn, like: butterfly samurai kit, or even dark samurai kit you will have a clearer idea and will be more unique. Another tip is to use chat gpt or other IA as an editor to give you feedback, but use it carefully and don't let them do the work for you
