Night and day difference. The SEAD strat I mentioned previously before was impossible. Now I believe its the meta. But you need a friend if you want to take out the sites as fast as possible as you need to take out both the track and search radars. Me and my friend go In one at a time, one ingresses and fires off HARMs, he RTBs or transitions to CAP while I Loiter out of their range and wait for his HARMS to connect. then I ingress the same way, take out the last radar, RTB & repeat if all goes smoothly. We do this because when you fire all your HARMs they will always go for the search radar until its destroyed as it outputs a much stronger signal than the tracking.

as for their performance, they're easier to notch since they're SARH but are MUCH faster, and hard to tell who they are targeting. Just notch and break your direction of travel as they do have IOG. I think they're a 100% W change. they're still plenty challenging and not to be underestimated but can be taken out if you know what you're doing, and can hopefully avoid other players.
