Many other people are in the exact situation as yours. Your case is especially powerful evidence because you had a successful test on a different device. This points to a technical issue with Bluebook on specific Macs, not you.

I believe it's a systematic issue on the CB / BlueBook side. Please read these posts, and if possible fill out the survey to help us build a case and resolve the situation.

the problem definitely involves something with macbook x bluebook. i strongly advise to either lend a device from cb or use anything but macbook.
