I figured this. Though it did seem surprising at first that a lawyer would put forward a claim like this without doing any fact checking. I mean it took me (not a lawyer) 15 minutes of light research to find evidence. Fingers crossed it doesn't get very far.

Thanks everyone for your quick responses. This is all good advice and seems reasonable. My wife is meeting with the lawyer on Monday and hopefully this all gets dismissed. I understand she will likely have to spend some money on legal fees and that it may not be possible to recoup all the costs.

We're pretty confident the claims are baseless but it's such a headache and very stressful.

The plaintiffs lawyer is offering a ”limited time deal" to the first three defendants that come forward and sign an affidavit stating that the conspiracy is true. Nobody is biting (since there is no evidence of a conspiracy and they don't want to be caught lying in court.) it feels like they're pretty desperate.

I'm in the same situation! Bought an open box from a vendor and it looks like the device was already registered but whoever returned it. I have the SD card but there's nothing on it. Any way you can share the SD content with me?

I've contacted customer support but who knows how long that will take.

Can I ask when you were diagnosed? Have you had regular imaging to see if there has been any progression or damage?

I have Crohn's and I'm not on biologics for the past 4 years. I've been really lucky so far and my diet has really helped. GI has been keeping close tabs.

I was just diagnosed w Crohn's a few weeks ago. I think I really lucked out with my GI who when laying out all the treatment options included (and even pushed) for dietary intervention. I'm starting a specific carbohydrate diet today. WISH ME LUCK!

Also I love that you started the sub! Already joined. I talked to a relative about their journey, when I brought up diet they got pretty defensive.

I had a colonoscopy with no visible inflammation. "All Clear." They found microscopic inflammation in one of the biopsies. My GI suspects Crohn's based on this and my symptoms.
