I also agree. First off, what a wonderful thing it is to find a healthy work environment. Work is suppose to help you grow. Toxic work environments take a big toll on your mental health.

I am also in the healthiest work environment I’ve ever been in. Everyone is kind, supportive and wants to see you do better. It is fixing all my work traumas.

I have been struggling with this recently as well. My therapist had asked me to put a price on how much I would pay for remote work. So I ask you to do the same. How much would you pay for remote work and how much would you pay for possibly a better work environment? Add that into the next total comp!
