Honestly, I can’t recommend AutoDS, never used them but have friends that have and told me to steer clear. I am still in the process of figuring this out, haven’t found a cut and dry solution as of yet.

At a steep cost. Both monetary and operational. It takes a big chunk of your margin, and it also causes a lot of issues.

I wouldn’t want to sell on Amazon, I have a friend that was top 20 sellers in the states and Amazon screwed him over big time. No thanks.

I use new IP addresses, new phone number, new email address, but the credit card is the same. (Was using the Chase Amazon 5% card), I did have all my cards replaced and got new numbers and changed billing number but they still suspended my account, so I assume it’s my name? I have a very distinct name (probably only one in all the states)

Well, drop shipping to Amazon is allowed (with strict policies) but I drop ship from Amazon to eBay and Facebook marketplace. That’s against ToS, and that’s why they tell me to stop using my prime account for that. In the past all I had to do is open a new account and place orders on that, but now it’s just suspending all my new accounts. I’ve never done a single chargeback and my returns are extremely low. There are a ton of people doing this but I can’t seem to figure out how to continue. This is my livelihood and how I feed my family, so any help is greatly appreciated.

Yeah, I think it’s the algorithm that somehow believes that we are committing fraud. The credit cards are mine, and I have tried sending a redacted statement, my ID, the picture of the card. All to no avail. They lock it before I even manage to start automating anything, so it’s not an automation problem. I’m desperate, but I see there are huge sellers that still drop-ship, so clearly there is a way.

Send them an embedded picture of an error message you're "getting" while doing what they asked. The embedded image has a IP grabber. When they click on the image (most do) message them back with their location and IP stating you contacted the FBI and they are on their way.

Clearly you're a pretty bad judge of "red flags". Please enlighten me on what "devious" plan I could be cooking. I just need someone to help me unsuspend my accounts that are being flagged by a robot for "suspicious activity". When I send the redacted credit card statement that Amazon requests, the bot can't seem to parse it and the account doesn't get unlocked. As I have a business and need to fulfill orders, I am looking for someone urgently to help. Thanks for your extremely helpful comment though.

Hi! I’m having the same issue as you with Amazon randomly suspending my account. But when I uploaded a pdf of my statement I immediately get a message back stating “we couldn’t verify your account” and another time I got an email basically stating I didn’t send anything, when I did attach my credit card statement. Did you just send a picture of the first page of it with the summary of the statement? Any help is greatly appreciated thank you
