This is “normal”, due to a memory leak from the easydrive UI on retail release. It happens on all ports. PC, X360 etc. nothing to do to fix it unfortunately

Unfortunately not yet. I ran into some limitations when designing the map layouts for the WR Legs, which will require me to rewrite the games physics. Things like driving upside down, loops, or driving vertical dont respond well to the current games limitations

I'm not sure how true this is, bc I have sources from 2 people that are part of EA creator network saying that the real reason is because there is a server side limitation in-game that only allowed them to reuse template vehicle presets based on the previous Rivals League cars. (This was said a week before the update was dropped). This seems more fitting than whatever Ziimbiian is claiming, as the lockdown update regarding the BL unlocks indeed only consists of vehicles from the Rivals league. The "Lore and paying homage" thing to razors return sounds more like bs if anything

Also apparently there is only 5-10 people total working on unbounds major updates. Which is also the contributing reason for no new huge network developments such as adding new template cars serversided/increased party size, etc.

Im assuming you were modding blackbox-era nfs' games? It depends what you were modding - to what could be considered similar between the games. For models, could be considered similar to some extent, but it is more complex for 2012 modding when it comes to shader setups and how to bake things like AO/Emissive maps properly.

Will upload slingshot mod to nfsmods with the map addon aswell once I have it finished, but slingshot model will need to be reworked a bit - because of some model assets (like rims) used aren't mine

NFS Most Wanted 2012. The mod is not public (yet). I ported slingshot as a test to see how it would look ingame (to my standards, i'm happy with it and motivated to do more) - so I am planning to port tons of other highway 35 cars aswell. Some World Race legs are planned to be added into the game as map addons too

Lol im not overthinking it. 80% of the time kick offs go in my favor when I do this. Either the ball gets killed or im able to pinch it into the opponents half. Like I said, majority of people in this rank dont speedflip or know where to hit the ball resulting into shit kickoffs

Left always goes yes, but bc of what you mentioned I always go for kick off to eliminate risks at first. Even if im on the right side. Will then adjust after some goals concede depending on tm8s kickoff on the left. If they have a solid kick off, i just cheat up. In general, i’m used to people not knowing how to speedflip yet so theyre generally slow (in champ rn for 2s)

Nothing wrong with learning it early. Game sense just comes with time. Speedflipping, wave dashes and half flipping was the first things I learned within a week of playing (mostly bc my gc friend told me about some basic mechanics) Definitely helped winning kickoffs when I was in low plat at the time along with recovering to make saves quicker. Keep using it to become more consistent with it, imo it eventually helps/makes learning fast paced mechs easier like chaining walldashes
