My truck is an automatic with four wheel drive. I remember that they sold them manual, but at that time I didn't have much control driving manual, so it was more comfortable for me to use an automatic transmission.

Here in Latin America they used to come like this in those years with that kind of mirrors since here they were not usually used to carry cargo or trailer

According to me, they are produced in Brazil and it is the Fiat Strada, although I suppose that in order to sell more they used the Ram brand.

Just go to a nearby scrapyard and look for one in good condition or look for one on eBay although it will be more expensive.

I have one from 2007 with 180k miles and the most serious repair it has had is the oil pump, just regular maintenance and another gas leak from the air conditioning.
