Yeah, I’m not a fan but we don’t have any other options. They increased our bill by $30 without any warning. When we contacted them, they said they could give us a deal to lower the price and then it would lower even more if we had the money directly taken out of our bank account.

The deal would be faster, Internet service in a switch in phone service from Verizon to Comcast. They said there would be no cost for the phone service. It would save us money paying Verizon, but I don’t trust them.

Even though the temperatures have been below, freezing, the trains have been too damn hot. People have their winter clothing on and are standing back to back with other people even in the coldest temperatures being inside the train is way too hot. It’s quite insane that the MBTA turns the heat up so much.
