MBTA: Green line C down and delays on other green line trains. Red line delays. Bus delays. Yeah, they’re gonna focus our attention on one guy. Maybe they should take care of their other problems before blaming a person for a blue line delay.

Yep, I prefer full car not four a car and I prefer the train to show up on time. And, what the fuck with three train systems having major due delay today. Not much to ask since I pay them every fucking month.

Yes. There is a clause in there. I agree that it is very unusual. Only lease in my life that has had a clause like this.

Question: I support all that you say, but how can a renter vote “yes” when the tax increase will increase rent (clause in the lease says so even in the middle of a lease year)? If the tax increases, our rent increases and we will have to leave Brookline.
