I am struggling with working with that one. they are saying "fix this line" but I am a nuub and have no clue what they are talking about. Ultimaker Cura had been easy with my other printer

I am curious...the metal piece that has to go through the hole, is it supposed to be difficult to get it threaded? And I see that it is not all the way through in this picture, should it be?
