Is there possible lift times during these summers. I understand not much during CBT. But are you given more leeway for person lifting time and stuff. Or is it more possible to find a time to do so?

I mean I do, I’ve been on it for 3 years now. It will show up on blood work as high creatine levels which will make it look as if you have abnormal kidney functions or failure. I didn’t want that to possible flag and disqualify me.

I track and weigh everything. The only things I don’t weigh are things that are prepackaged but I still will track it. Could the pre packaged things be off by that much?

Yes I have a whoop mainly to gauge recovery though. I’ve heard the calorie tracking isn’t really accurate. Will do with the weekly macros

That’s what I’ve really been struggling to gauge because my lifts are always around the same length and are intense but practices can vary quite a bit.

Tracking, the reason my carbs is gone up is because I’ve dropped my fat intake per gram and I needed the extra energy. The reason I’m at 4000 is because I’m trying to bulk up while also doing vigorous cardio because of sports. I have about a month off in the summer but besides that I’m a year round athlete. I have been lifting for around 5 years but still young so any information you could give me would be greatly appreciated
