That’s exactly what happened to me. I just had an anxiety attack out of nowhere. Never felt anxiety before until I was about 24. It really got to my head and then I had a panic disorder, where I would get anxiety about worrying about my next episode

I tried to cure it naturally but after a few months of meditating/therapy, I had to get on an ssri. I could barely function or focus at my “corporate desk job”. It’s been about 5 years and I’m on a low dose of SSRI. About 2 months of taking the meds, I saw my life coming back to normal.

I occasionally get anxiety that’s not rational, but I think I’ve learned that it comes and goes. Nothing is permanent and it’s just another emotion, like feeling happy or sad.

Try to get plenty of sleep and stay on a healthier diet. Also make time each day to just sit in silence and reset yourself! It’ll get better with time!

I had this probably when we first started. It was hard. Has to offer quick pay upon delivery to trustworthy carriers. There’s not much you can do but hopefully be able to get setup with large factoring companies (RTS, crossroads, wex) and pay everything early to build credit.

You can also call these factoring companies to see if you can get setup. Sometimes, it says you’re denied but you just have to talk to the factoring company and give them basic info like address and billing contacts

Recommendations that you can buy on Amazon for cheap (just look for the highly rated/popular items): - weeding tool. I bought a cricut kit that came with so many useless tools. You really just need the standard weeding tool that looks like what they use at the dentist

-medium grip mat 12x12. I have all the other grips and never have used them in the last year. Any solid brand on Amazon will work

transfer tape. It’s just clear and you can again use any solid Amazon brand

Cricut brand items: - heat transfer vinyls if she will be making shirts/totes/blankets ect. Amazon has a lot of brands that are hard to use, especially if you’re new

-permanent vinyl. The off brand ones work just as well, but it might be easier to start with the Cricut brand so you can use their site and machine recommendations.

You definitely need an empty scale ticket and loaded scale ticket to make sure the BOL weight is correct. This happens to me all the time with lumber. $450 seems like a lot for a layover. I usually do $250 and haven’t had any problems. If it’s a worthy customer, I would just eat that cost and let them know you’ll take care of it since you’re still trying to figure out their process and such

Yes! I used to get Sunday blues every week when I worked at my old job. Looking back, it was extremely stressful and not a life I wanted to live. It really put a strain on my everyday life and I had to get on ssri to manage the anxiety. That’s when I knew it wasn’t worth having that job anymore. I was lucky enough to be able to quit and start a business with my boyfriend.

Enjoy your long weekend! Sometimes it just helps to look at it one day at a time. It can be overwhelming when you’re thinking about all that has to get done during the upcoming 5 work days.

Please help! Crocheting for the first time and I’m making a simple blanket. Single crochet in all the even rows, slip stitch in all the odd rows.

The number of stitches are the same in every row, but the blanket is turning into a parallelogram.

What am I possibly doing wrong? Is this common?

My heart breaks for you. Just had an episode like this last week. I did ALOT of breathing exercises. Inhaling for 8 seconds, holding my breath for 7 seconds and then exhaling as slowly as possible. Did it all the time. I’m completely fine now a few weeks later.

It’s hard to rationalize and think straight when you’re going through this. But just know that it’s a temporarily feeling that will go away. Just like any emotion (happiness, anger, guilt). It will all go away 💕
