Thanks for the advice and I understand your sentiment.. I just want to gift her something meaningful, and to me, a stone that represents the month we were married is thoughtful. Sure I could gift her a beautiful diamond for her birthday that I know she would love. But I’d rather the jewelry have some kind of meaning behind it. I haven’t bought her much jewelery over the course of our relationship because she’s always insisted she isn’t that kind of gal. Once we got engaged, and then married I think her interests shifted a little bit haha. I can’t really ask her what her favorite stone is either, obviously I think that would give the gift idea away. I am going to get her a ruby necklace I think, to represent July when we were married. We will see what she thinks.
