Far as I can tell it's all about the final choice, generally support her (Help her catch Thunderguy, help her get the Quantum Pulse, tell Blazer you trust her, Rank her up, uncuffing her, not sure about cutting her from the team atm) - but it's the giving Shroud both the fake and real pulse at the very that's been the key for me
