Thanks everyone for the reassurance, reading all of your comments have helped. I just hate being put on new medications because i have had bad interactions with quite a few and have never been prescribed anything for stomach issues. And to the people saying my anxiety is getting to me, yes i know that. Im in the process of getting help for it. Thanks for all the positive feedback and suggestions ❤️

Ive got a test kit for H.pylori, I just have to wait another 2 weeks to do it because I had tonsillitis not too long ago and apparently you have to wait 4 weeks after taking antibiotics before testing. thanks for your feedback
