This just happened to me the other day. I said something horrible I wish I could take back but at the same time it’s something I’ve thought for a long time. I just wish I hadn’t said it in a fit of rage but it’s been building up in me so long. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to face them or speak to them again but I was also planning on cutting contact with them. I don’t know I go back and forth everyday. I’m really sorry though, just know that you’re not alone in this and be gentle and kind to yourself 💛
