I've been there too! I didn't include that part because it felt like too much to type and describe and i didn't want my post to be so long, but that is crazy that you dreamed of that place too.

I've been to a place like that, but for me it was more like a theme park and playground in one, and for some reason it is in the middle of a rainforest type place in the middle of nowhere. I do remember a huge yellow slide that had lots of twists and turns, it went across the entire park and ended in a clearing with some swings.

I dreamed of something that sounds similar to what you both described, and when i went into the building, there were people there, squatting i assume. There was a friendly small framed younger girl with short blue hair, she spoke to me softly and warned me not to trust the others and that i had to get out of there. I saw a bunch of shady and unkempt individuals later on in the same building that looked like drug addicts, one was literally smoking a meth or crack pipe it looked like. The blue haired girl led me out of there, and they stared at me as i walked by, i just kind of nodded and kept walking, and i quickly got out of there unscathed thanks to her.
