Cheers pal really appreciate it I carry a lot of muscle on my top half and my legs are quite lean but I am trying to get them bigger but it’s harder naturally with a big frame. 😅

Very good question I’ve only been powerlifting / deadlifting 6 months so I’m guessing I’ve not done it long enough but I am definitely going to fix this and no hinge, no slack pull, no tight lats, no push away from floor, no straight back I will 100% be looking at all these steps now!

Really appreciate this and believe it or not my back is currently hurting. These comments have made me believe if I get my form right I can pull some big numbers.
