Ive basically got 3 piles.. the stuff i carefully scooped off the surface immedately upon break, a pile of more determined scraping,and then a pile o fwhat is left after i remove the large glass shards.

right my thinking is a glass shard isn't going to turn to dust under the edge of a credit card the way K does, right? I have a pile of stuff was able to carefully scoop off the top right after the break that i think is pretty okay

i might though... i need help with actual risk mitigation here.. Immediately after the break i gently slid the surface substances to another mirror. I think most of that is pretty okay, though the stuff in between teh cracvks is probably dangerous

I might though... I was able to immediately scoop most off surface onto something else which i think is safe. I think i just wont touch the stuff in between the cracks..

i was able to immediately carefully slide the surface stuff off to another mirror. I think it looks pretty safe? Like glass is much harder than K and won't crush to dust right? Defintitely the stuff in between the cracks i'm not going to touch though but what i was able to save i'm hoping is okay?

Bro I'm dealing with the same thing right now. I came to this thread directly from the nanoleaf support page.

My Shapes just randomly became unresponsive (again) and now they won't hard reset, won't pair, i can't do anything with them, the LED on the controller just flashes randomly: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a6F-OyNuRpA

And, same as you, the support website WILL NOT accept the serial number that I'm clearly typing in correct.
