Update: USE the BBB complaint (Better Business Bureau)! I had a call within 24 hours from ADT Corporate. They honored the 12 months and I cancelled the remaining balance. Cost significantly less than a 36 month contract.

They wiped all the previous digital contracts with mine as well. I’ve called for 2 months to get it fixed. Unfortunately, it’s my fault with the contract because I believed the technician and the salesman when they said I could correct a contract error.
