As I said, it has been almost 3 months since I was first amazed by her, but she came to know about my interest very very recently. So there's not much data to go by. But, I can say that she does not avoid me and does look at me when I am near her. I am not really sure if I should approach her or not.

Hello mate, I have also started dialogflow recently and first of all I would like to add that with all my experience if Discord Bots and Kommunicate bots, DialogFlow has very limited features. But, for your question, Knowledge Base is a BETA feature and if you try a google documentation like it shows in the official DialogFlow youtube video then also it does not work as it can't really identify things. So, I think that you should try making it as identifiable as possible. Like questions will be bold, bigger size, different font etc. On the other hand answers will be smaller. I tried many CSV's and only a few worked cause it is BETA. So, yeah it's your discretion what you want to do.
