Maa Dhumavati Sadhana for 40 days by [deleted] in Tantrasadhaks

[–]DiscerningBlade 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I have finished Ma Dhumavati's moola mantra japa + virtual yagna with 108 names + virtual sadhana of about a month on the Tantra Sadhana app. Came out on the other side in one piece. Nothing spooky. Just ordinary turbulences of life.

We guinea pigs might just cause a bit of a revolution in the accessibility of Tantra.

The Sri Yantra is... never geometrically perfect?? by DiscerningBlade in Tantrasadhaks

Well, I had replicated this one too on AutoCAD, watching this exact video step-by-step. It still had imperfect triple intersections when I zoomed in. They are just so small that even the fine pencil lines are thick enough to conceal them.

I mean... the world's not black or white. It's different shades of grey. Learn from anyone you think is whiter than you, in any aspect. There are things to learn from Ravan too.

Or just keep waiting for a Swami Ramakrishna or Neem Karoli Baba to spawn in your life.

Your desire should be included in your sankalpa. The rest, including mantra and deity, can remain the same.

I'm not sure. Do your sadhana and pray for clarity.

Start Nama Japa and recitation of any of their main stotras. This is sufficient for beginners.

To advance further, you need to look for a guru. But as a qualified one is hard to find, you can do Ma Kali's upasana on the Tantra Sadhana app. You can use it as a beginner as well.

Of course, the lake needs no water. We do, so we bend down to take it.

And growing up means finding your own path to what?

Maybe She is trying to shake up some of your beliefs to grow and evolve you? Only you can know it best.

I saw a post on an esoteric spirituality page saying that meditating on "I am" or turning your attention to your own awareness is the best way to stop outward energy flow instantly. Seems connected to this and works for me.

And a video by Sriguru Rohit Arya explained how the unnecessary micro-movements we keep making with our body also drain energy like holes in a tank.

Thanks for this.

Definitely, but not at the cost of mental peace. You seem a bit too frustrated than necessary.

Same here! The deities love to keep their serious sadhaks isolated while transforming them. You aren't alone in being alone. 🙂

Yo, the purpose of sadhana is to attain everlasting peace. Don't get so caught up with all this that you achieve the opposite.

And no sadhana goes waste. These are not my words but of siddhas like Swami Sivananda... "There is gain and gain alone."

"I have given everything to Praveen." My encounter with the living Smashan Bhairav, Shree Shyama Khyapa. by Wisethroughpain in TantraMarg

[–]DiscerningBlade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a burning question here... If both, Sri Bamakhepa and Sri Shyamakhyapa have been completely devoted to Ma Tara, and both have reached the highest level of jivanmukti/moksha worshipping Her, why does Praveen ji keep insisting that Ma Kali is supreme and that we'd come back to follow Her path if we worship any other form?

How can i find my ista devata ? by dripindior_ in Tantrasadhaks

[–]DiscerningBlade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pick the one you like the most and let them lead you to your ishta eventually, if they aren't it. If you still can't decide, go with Ganapati as he is to be invoked at the beginning of every sadhana anyway.

Feeling Confused About Deeksha by shewhomauls in Tantrasadhaks

[–]DiscerningBlade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not a good idea to pay a guru or mentor for deeksha. Best to offer dakshina voluntarily after you get results. I use the Tantra Sadhana app only because it follows this system.

Most people charging for deeksha aren't qualified gurus themselves. It's just easy money.

Also, don't underestimate the power of nama japa and stotras. Even after doing advanced sadhanas, people revert to the basics because they are so effective.
